CIVIL LITIGATION

 

Litigation covers any type of dispute you may have with another person. Our litigation department consists of two experienced solicitors with support staff available to conduct cases in courts or before tribunals linked with specialist knowledge in particular areas of the law together with others who have more general experience in litigation matters.

 

Litigation can involve any of the following:

 

ACCIDENTS AT WORK AND PERSONAL INJURIES

When you have an accident either in a motor vehicle or at work these may give rise to a claim for compensation.

 

CONSUMER CONTRACTS

Whenever you buy goods you are entering into a Consumer Contract and if they are not what you bargained for we can advise you and seek compensation for you.

 

EMPLOYMENT

We can deal with any query relating to employment law whether you are an employer or employee including attendance at the Tribunal.

 

AGRICULTURAL DISPUTES

Whether you have a dispute over a boundary or need general advice with regard to any dispute which has arisen in the context of your farming enterprise then we would be pleased to assist and discuss the matter with you.

 

By prior arrangement our litigation department offers a free half hour initial interview and if eligible we can apply for Legal Aid on your behalf with regard to a dispute.
